   8   * The four following configuration options have been deprecated and will
   9     no longer be accepted by abook:

  15     They have been replaced with a single more flexible option:
  16     index_format.

  18     This option is a string defining the format of a line in the main list.
  19     It allows displaying of as many fields as desired, with optional
  20     width limit, as well as an arbitrary number of alternative fields.

  23   * The 'customfield' command has been obsoleted by a more flexible set
  24     of commands: 'field' and 'view'.

  26     Those two commands make it possible to define fields and organize
  27     them within tabs as you see fit.
