instead of doing a real revert, this uses the script described in
`WikiGardening/index.mdwn` in reverse; in other words, this commit is
the application of

due to the new userdir setting, user names can be used everywhere and
will work as if relative to Benutzer/; also, now the duplications of the
link text and target, which stem from the moinmoin conversion, are
removed.

proper use of userdir

moving the users to Benutzer/ without setting this required the hack of
explicitly stating the link directory for every user, which is
cumbersome. will revert cb7e906f0 once this setup change is enacted on
the public server.

the conversion process created `format txt` directives. while that can
imo be better handled using markdown formatting, enabling the plugin
makes the imported parts visible again without additional effort.

html-in-mdwn fix

inlining requires the html around the inline directives to be
markdown="1", but that also means that markdown gets applied to
everything inbetween, which again means that indenting should be
avoided. (right columns didn't render.)
